Serene Haven Independent Living is a community-based independent living program that provides a structured, safe, and affordable residential environment for adults who are fully capable of living independently.

Is this assisted living?

No. Serene Haven Independent Living is not assisted living. We do not provide personal care, medical services, or supervision of daily living activities.

Who is eligible to participate?

Participants must be adults who:

  • Can manage all activities of daily living independently

  • Do not require personal or medical assistance

  • Are able to follow program guidelines

  • Are comfortable living in a shared residential environment

All participants are subject to eligibility review.

Is this a shared living environment?

Yes. Serene Haven operates as a shared living community. Participants have independent lifestyles while sharing common areas and respecting community standards.
